Order Submission & Delivery Schedule

Order Deadline: All orders must be submitted by Monday 10 AM latest.
Delivery Schedule: Delivery is scheduled for the following Thursday/Friday at a standard €5 delivery fee.

  • All products and services must be pre-ordered.

How to Place Your Order

Online: Browse our selection and add items to your cart. Complete checkout with your preferred delivery or pickup option.
Phone: Call us directly to place your order, ask questions about our daily catch, or arrange special requests for events and catering.
In-Store: Visit us at our Agios Tychonas location to see our fresh selection and take home platters to go.

Payment Methods

Cash or Card upon Delivery. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Revolut)
  • Cash for in-store pickup and upon delivery
  • Bank transfer for corporate and event orders (contact us for details)

Delivery & Pickup

Free Delivery: Available on qualifying orders within our delivery zone.
Local Pickup: Collect your order from our Ayios Tychonas location. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
Freshness Guarantee: All seafood is handled with expert care to ensure peak freshness from our waters to your table.

Private Events & Catering

Planning a special occasion? We can host private dining events for up to 30 guests at our Ayios Tychonas location, featuring our signature oyster and champagne bar. We also offer custom platters and catering for weddings, corporate events, and luxury villa experiences. Contact us to discuss your event needs and arrange a personalized menu.

Important Notice: Fresh Food Delivery

The provision of fresh food across borders is unpredictable. Unlike markets for frozen produce, the availability of fresh products is affected by season, weather, demand, social unrest and strikes. Even when we are able to procure the products you order, airline schedules and policies present an additional layer of uncertainty. Hiccups will happen of course but, when they do, we will keep you appraised of developments in real time and we'll still deliver the rest of your order faster than anyone else on the island.
